## Order Cancellation

- You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been shipped.

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Return Policy.

## How to Cancel an Order

2. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.

3. Click on the "Cancel Order" button if it's available.

4. If you don't see a cancellation option, please contact our customer service immediately at murtuzafaim@gmail.com.

## Refunds for Cancelled Orders

- If you paid by credit card, your refund will be processed immediately, but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

- For other payment methods, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

## Non-Cancellable Items

Please note that some items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
